Shipping policy
NaTa Corp is the owner and operator of the website www.angelsandmice.com. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of an agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. Stock Availability
We strive to maintain accurate stock levels on our website. However, in rare cases of stock discrepancies, we may not be able to fulfill your order in full. In such instances, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order. These charges will be collected along with your payment and are final.
3. Delivery Timelines
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Orders are processed within 2 working days of placement. Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday (excluding national holidays), and we aim to minimize any delays during holiday closures.
4. Change of Shipping Address
You can request a change to your shipping address before your order is dispatched. To do so, please contact our customer support team via phone or email.
5. Pincode Serviceability
Our delivery partners may update their serviceable areas due to unavoidable circumstances. If your pincode becomes non-serviceable, we will contact you for an alternate address. If delivery is not possible, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
6. Delivery Delays
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please reach out to our support team. Delays may occur due to external factors like weather, strikes, or courier issues.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status. You can also track your order through our website.
8. GST & Taxation
All prices listed at checkout are inclusive of applicable GST and taxes.
9. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
10. Missing or Damaged Items
In case of missing or damaged items, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery for us to process your claim.
11. Lost in Transit
If your order is deemed lost after courier investigation, we will offer a full refund or replacement, as per your preference.
12. Fake Delivery Status
If your order shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification along with your order ID.
13. Return to Origin (RTO)
If a delivery attempt fails after three tries, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
