Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

Genuine Reasons for Return Include:

The item delivered is different from what was ordered (wrong model or color)

Please note: Change of mind, dislike of color or design, box damage where the product is intact and undamaged or minor variations in fabric texture or finish are not considered valid reasons for return.

Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order ID and original invoice is required.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
